sidebar gadgets have gone white

sidebar and gadgets have gone white

my sidebar has gone white hiding my gadgets.

Do you recall what you were doing or what the system was doing when this happened? Have you reported it to MS via the feedback link?

Do you get a context menu when you right-click on the sidebar icon in the notification tray on the right-hand side of the taskbar? If not, then it sounds like the sidebar is hung - try stopping it from task manager, and have it send an error report to Microsoft.

I haven't seen this before, and I'd love to track it down. Let me know the results of your installation experiments.
If you could post a screenshot, or send it to me at Bruce.Williams@microsoft.com, that would also be useful.
